Could not say more positive comments on this hotel. Excellent location if flying in or out of Haneda. Great service, amenities and the cafe was good. Great views of the airport.

Inspite of the language barrier our stay was great. The room was a nice size. The only issue was not being able to log into a Netflix or other streaming account. The transportation is an A+. Would stay again and have recommended to others that want to visit Tokyo.

We stayed here our first night in Tokyo, and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel shuttle was relatively easy to find after landing at the airport (recommend double checking shuttle time departures based on your arrival - we didn't, and ended up waiting a bit longer than we'd planned, but had fun shopping while we waited!) The restaurant served DELICIOUS food, and was very convenient. All staff were pleasant, professional, and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Got in late (~1 am), called prior to arrival, and staff was waiting for our check-in. Conveniently located 10 minutes from airport. Nice amenities in hotel and room. Was able to relax in the onsen. Made a membership account for free, and was able to request late check-out for free. Twenty minute shuttle to Kawasaki Station, where we were able to do lots of shopping and grab lunch. It was our last day in Japan, and Kawasaki King SkyFront made it so convenient to get around, and get back to the airport to catch our flight! Would highly recommend to any travelers for first/last day in Tokyo area.
