Extremely convenient location and hotel boasts many facilities including restaurants of different variety, onsen (public & private), kids room (more for toddlers) and play area for children in general, self-service amenities, gift shop etc. Good value for money for a fuss-free stay in the area.

Great location very close to hakone-Yumoto station. Staff were very professional and helpful. The Onsen had both inside and outside baths and was great. Only issue was the room was very old and tired looking and the air conditioner was not working. Luckily it was a cool day so we just left the window open.
