Best location and comfortable room! only downside is that we carry a lot of luggages and when alighted, we have to carry to take lift up to level 22 reception. will definitely come back again!

We wished we stayed longer in this Hotel. Our room had a fantastic view. They provided everything we need. The hotel looked fancy with a nice character. The staff were very attentive. The location was superb. Will definitely consider staying here again. It's just beside the train station and there's lots of shops and restaurants around.

Great location with multiple railway connections, but with a bargain price! They offered a twin bed room for our lowest price option, which make our stay more comfortable. Quite a large room with lots of space to open our suitcases easily, especially considering the hotel is located in the center of Osaka.

I stayed at a nearby hotel nearby and was planning to return to that hotel after a short trip outside Osaka. I instead decided on staying at Hotel Monterey, as the other hotel would not hold my bags during my short trip. Glad we made the change. Rooms almost twice the size, fast elevators, good breakfast, and comparable price. also stored bags with no charge which was why we made the change.
