amazing hotel with spacious rooms and great views. the hotel staff was always friendly and the onsen as well as the sauna was truly magnificent. also, the breakfast and dinner has a huge selection of Japanese and international food.

there are not enough words to describe this hotel! it is a pricey hotel but it is worth its money and more! the scenery alone is worth the stay! this hotel also has the private onsen in the room and it is so relaxing to have that and have the view and not have to worry about going into the public one nude! the breakfast buffet is so yummy with a ton of variety! there are American food options and also authentic Japanese ones! please if you have the chance to stay at this beautiful place then I encourage you too! I have never felt so relaxed at a hotel!

This was my favourite stay of our entire trip to Japan, and I'm so glad I booked it through Klook. If you are going ahead of time, do your research, look up their phone number online, and give them a call. You can arrive at any time because the check-in is open 24 hours a day. The cost is well worth it to splurge and enjoy yourself. They have a garden on site with lights at night. They have vending machines. There is a breakfast buffet and dinner included, depending on which room you choose. Just amazing stuff. They were all around friendly and allowed us to take photos everywhere. They took photos with and without us.
