Generally a good hotel with big rooms and a spa....but is a little dated in terms of deco. .There is a great bakery and supermarket very nearby. Areas in which can be improved would be concierge service, having bottled water and instant coffee/tea in the rooms would be nice....perhaps the hotel can consider building a small ramp up to lift to avoid lugging heavy bags up the flight of steps.
