Quite a nice place for the budget minded traveller. A nice Ryokan experience with tatami mats. The host was very helpful. Pro: A private onsen experience without paying exorbitant amount for a private onsen in your own room. we didn't have any trouble getting a booking or using the non booked onsens. Cons: There are smoking facilities which means smoke smell around the place so not pleasant at times. Tip: use the stop 258 palace hotel hakone-mae or you will be facing a big set of stairs
