the hotel room was so big and nice. it came with dinner and breakfast. we are amazed by the food they provided. the spa is nice, but it’s separate into men’s and womens.

stayed at a Japanese style room. relatively clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the free snack bar and beverages with the great classical music pieces. the dinner food could improve. breakfast is great. but my biggest concern is the lack of transportation to the jozankei area causing great inconvenience for locals. many people were not able to get on the local bus. hotels should consider organizing more shuttles between pick up points to avoid inconvenience of the local residents.
