FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
部屋はちょうど良い広さで清潔。コーヒーのサービスも嬉しい。駅と万代橋の間にあり、バスセンターにも近い便利なところにあるが、静かで快適に過ごせる。また利用したい。

FantasticSolo stay
It was quite spacious and clean. Staff was fantastic. My favourite hidden gem of a hotel in Niigata. Always loved staying there. Keep up the good work.

GreatSolo stay
設備類が古く、状態は良いとは言えませんが、料金は安いので、コスパは悪くないです。

FantasticFor leisure
Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.

Good Generally good except some minor issues. The toilet sit warmer and washlet were not working. Shower room has dark molds in the roof. Staff were not so helpful in giving me directions to find the nearest convenience store.

Great False advertisement. There is no buffet, just breakfast.

Great The facilities are a bit outdated but all work fine. Free served coffee is good to have on the go.
