hotel room is gorgeous and huge! dinner was good also. location is great, just down the road from the station and next to the bus stop. walking distance to viewland and boat dock. but i feel the service is a little lacking! we also had quite a few luggages to handle and were making our way out of the room - but they already started calling our room at 10.05am (checkout is at 10am)

a very traditional old school onsen hotel , yet is very well maintained and comfortable to stay.. the onsen and foot onsen is very therapeutic after a hectic day. the breakfast served was very great with both japanese and western style..
