The hotel does not provide long distance call service. The room is dark. Hotel building is old. Luggage storage service is not free even you are hotel residence. Room cleaning service is only available if you hang the tag “clean the room” on or before 11:00 am

The room was clean, helpfull staff, close to a metro station. No breakfast, you have to pay per hour to get an adapter(that can not be used in the room, only reception), small rooms, only access to the elevator and reception; the other areas from the photos are only decorative.

Close to everything: train stations, supermarkets, malls. It is a good place to stay if you are thinking in a hotel nice and easy.

Slightly far from the main shopping district. But close to the Esaka station. Restaurants are close by with a supermarket just opposite. But the room is extremely small for two adults.

Fantastic
Great Clean hotel at a very affordable price. The room is very clean & bigger than I've expected for a room in Osaka. There's even an almost full size Fridge with a microwave. If you want, you can buy a few gallon of ice cream and place in one of the 3 nearby grocery stores and put it in the freezer. However, the Hotel is in Esaka which is quite far north. It is ~1.5hrs from the KIX airport and ~20mins away from Namba.

Pretty much what we expected. Fancy hotel design. The room itself was pretty tiny : a bed, a TV, a small desk, a bathroom and just enough space to walk from the door to the bed. Unless you plan on spending your day in the room, though, it is perfectly suitable for its purpose, and our room was super clean. The staff didn't seem to speak much English, but they have a note in English explaining the important details. It is up north of Osaka, but there's a station 3 minutes away that's on the line that will get you to most interesting spots in Osaka. We only regret the late check-in time and early check-out time.
