This is the second year I’ve stayed at the hotel. The room itself was fantastic, with the extra amenties routinely being resupplied, which was greatly appreciated during my stay. The staff was extra helpful with laundry services as well.

Fantastic

Deluxe Twin Room with Open-Air Bath · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

Excellent location. I didn’t want to leave. Desk managers and all staff were impeccable with professionalism and helpfulness. The amenities are great and the view from our 4th floor corner room was of mountains and sakura. The train station is just a short walk, close to coffee shops, a little local bar and quick walk to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Definitely would stay again.
