I was hesitant at first about the hotel's location, based solely on the pictures, because I thought it was somewhat secluded. However, once I arrived, the location was perfect. It was near the station and near a park where you could stroll. The room was clean, and I didn't have any issues with it. The staff were very kind. I enjoyed my stay there. If I visit Sapporo again, I will for sure stay there again.

Excellent stay here. Has a good coffee shop just around the corner. Accessible via Nakajima-koen subway. Room is a big bigger compared to the typical compact business hotels.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the station, which made getting around really easy. The room was spotless and had no unpleasant smells, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provided all the basic amenities we needed, including room slippers, towels, tissue, and other essentials, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with checking train schedules for our return to the hotel and also helped us track the status of our luggage with Yamato, which made our trip much smoother. Overall, I would rate this hotel 9/10 for its cleanliness, location, and excellent service.

it was a cool stay. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the room was clean and the location is near the train station, Seicomart and Nakajima Park. Would recommend it!

I got lost going here, apparently there are two mystay hotels in nakajima. the Annex (this one) and the other mystay hotel najakima place. so make sure to pin the correct hotel address and name. but overall its a good hotel.

love this hotel! i really enjoyed staying here! near nakajima park, a beautiful park! Friendly staffs, clean and new rooms, with area to eat and do laundry. I recommend this hotel hundred percet!

Super close to a train station with a nice walk through the park. The reception/lobby area is quite small so when they store luggage for other customers, it gets even smaller. Our room was big enough and the bathroom was ok. However, there would be a bad smell coming from the toilet every so often. We had to flush the toilet before we used it to get rid of the smell. We also got the economy room, which did not include house keeping services. They still collected the trash if we left it out and they always picked it up.
