The property could use a little updating. It definitely needs renovation, but you could not be in a more convenient location. I was only in my room to sleep and do laundry which is right on site and coin operated. The Ohato Station streetcar is just steps away from the front door and YOUME MALL is across the intersection. I would stay here again because the staff is truly kind and welcoming!

Location is great, you can take a taxi or tram very near station. Old hotel but clean and spacious for us small people. šŸ˜ you can walk the Glover garden down to Auora Catheral to museum, famous bridge.
