Pros: great staff, clean rooms, quiet, close to train station Cons: very very hard beds and pillows. It felt like sleeping on the floor. Also it's in a nightlife (red light) area with mostly bars so it's hard to find places to eat dinner that allow kids.

For business

Stayed 2 nights and Toyoko-inn never disappoints when it comes to business stay.. size is typical japan style, small and enough for one.. one thing I really wish the hotel can be more flexible is the check in time. The check in time is 4pm and they will not let you check in early even if it’s Available, not a Second earlier. So I have to wait at the lobby till 4pm.
