Great hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. It’s very near the metro station (Gojo) and also short walk from the main shopping street (Shijo). The hotel staff was always friendly!

We loved this location. 15 minute walk from Nishiki market, convenient to the bus stop and train station. 5 minutes by Taxi from Tokyo Station. the staff was courteous and helpful. many great restaurants in the area.

it’s a great location with calming atmosphere. there was a mix up with our checkout date but was fixed on the spot. would definitely rebook again. near by conbini and many restaurants. wish there was a sauna as well.

Was interesting how there was a self check-in/out station with four tablets, but every person I saw using it was being helped by staff, me included. It’s a cool high tech concept but if I’m going someplace this nice after a long day of travel I was not expecting to check in myself. I love how they have women and men specific key cards for the spa downstairs so you only have access to whichever spa they designate for the day. The room was nice, had separate rooms for the toilet and shower, and the tv showed how busy the spa was at any given time. The luggage storage can be accessed by your own keycard or staff and are able to lock up your own stuff with your own password which did make it feel better knowing that no one else could get my bag. Overall loved it besides the check in/out process.
