We had the best anniversary! Staff went out of their way to make it special for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious food being served and the most relaxing setting we’ve ever experienced. If you are looking for a spot to recharge and reconnect with your partner, this is the place.

First i must say i was so impressed with the hospitality service. 1 Staff already waiting outside while you were parking you car, to assist to take carry your luggage, yes with the cold whether outside. Then, The other staffs bow and greed you in a row once you step in. Yes you felt welcomed. They charge for infant fees althought u dont need baby cot or other baby facilities. 1000jpy per night, ok acceptable. The view in the room was magnificient. nice to take photo. There is an outside tub with normal hot water, for you to soak in hot water and enjoy the view. The room was spacious and clean. However, I found bugs in the room, i am not sure what bug is that, but basically can see in the corner, hot tub, and passage wall to my room. they dont fly but i dont feel good seeing them. I never complain to reception though. The staffs were polite and helpful. They assist me to locate a Hospital and also send my left items in the room. Special thanks to Ms Kaya, and the drivers that helped us.
