This was a convenient hotel to see the Aoba festival . It is easy to get to the station and shopping area. It’s a good budget hotel in spite of being a bit dusty.

The room’s carpet needed to be vacuumed prior to us checking into the room and was not vacuumed or cleaned during our stay. Location was great for walking to stores/restaurants and Sendai Station
