The staff were very accommodating and can speak english so well. The location is good, right in the middle of busy Ximending. The cleanliness of the hotel is also good. It's just that the freebies for snacks or light breakfast were so limited. We expect not that much, but not that less as well considering the not so budget friendly price we paid for the booking. But overall, still a must recommend hotel! Thank you!

Hotel is located near Ximending Walking District but still it sits on a relatively quiet spot a little bit away from the main scene. It is clean, though room is a bit small. The housekeeping is not consistent though in the matter of organizing the room but not a big deal at all! Generally, I like how they keep the hotel clean at all times.

bidet is not available! has cold and warm shower! staff are always polite! they may study more English! helpful even language is a barrier! hotel provides free snack, drink and espresso drink! yes, espresso! at late night, internet is not working

Love this hotel! Staffs were very accomodating, friendly, and polite. The room's very spacious, comfy, and clean. The hotel is also located in a very perfect spot in Ximending (not too crowded but still near in the MRT and heart of Ximen).

first time booking with Klook for the first time using the Taiwan accommodation vouchers. Check in process is easy. Room is spacious and basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush and soap are provided. Bed is soft but comfortable still. Location is good as it is located in the quiet area behind the main Ximending area. And there are food options next to the hotel which is great. The hotel is quite dated.. can’t flush toilet paper in the toilet bowl and the house keeping button is not working, you will need to inform the reception manually. One improvement - can provide tea spoon so guests can make their drinks easier.
