Spacious room with clean towels and dirt-free bath facilities! Further toiletries and skin care packs are available at the lobby if needed. The multilingual staff counter were very helpful. I had a wonderful stay. Originally I thought the hotel ignored my quiet-room request by placing me next to the lift. My room in fact has 2 doors, effectively blocking the corridor noise. For 2 choices of breakfast (western and Japanese), I have tried both and love them all. The Japanese coffee at the Japanese restaurant was amazing. If you have a sweet tooth like me, the mixed of local honey and yogurt at the western restaurant is a must try! Indeed like my tour guide highlighted, Hokkaido honey is highly underrated given all the flower fields around! So do remember to try the honey! Happy first Hokkaido and Hokkaido hotel visit!

Nice hotel and great location which about 3-4 min walk to Odori Park. However, the hotel looks dated in the room & their facilities. Pleasant stay for 2 nights here, before catching JR rail to Hakodate. Best part is the underground linkway all the way to Sapporo Station. can be very good when rain or snow.
