Nice hotel and great location which about 3-4 min walk to Odori Park. However, the hotel looks dated in the room & their facilities. Pleasant stay for 2 nights here, before catching JR rail to Hakodate. Best part is the underground linkway all the way to Sapporo Station. can be very good when rain or snow.
