The hotel is located in the residential area of Cotai. Increases in shuttle bus service frequency and routes are needed. Staff are polite and helpful. The infinity indoor heated swimming pool on the 16th floor is fabulous, but the jacuzzi area inside the female changing room has aging signs with molds on the wall.

Room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were all so friendly too. It's not located on the cotai strip, making it a quieter choice of stay, however, not the most convenient but it's ok with the hotel shuttle bus. I had a superb meal at the Ying restaurant popular for its dim sum, 10/10 recommendation.

this was a top notch 5 star hotel. Linda who checked me in was superb. the facilities and amenities were top notch. I especially loved the bathtub. casino is a little small though, and the location of the hotel is kind of out of place, without much shuttle buses which also came infrequently.
