very clean and new hotel, bed is very comfy. shuttle bus service is provided which make our trip more convenient. the only thing disappointing is we only could check in 2 hrs later than the original time

a very cozy and lovely hotel experience. very kind and helpful staff, pleasant hospitality. we are celebrating anniversary day, so lovely that have a gift cake and can be granted a free upgrade. just add sparkles to our celebration. very nice hotel decoration. very artistic. highly recommend to anyone who would like newly built hotel at Macau.

My friend and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The moment you step in the hotel, it has a distinct fragrant luxurious smell. Staff are very approachable and helpful. This hotel is connected to the galaxy arena. Thus, it is an ideal place to stay at if you will watch a concert.

I commend all the staffs there from the check in counter up to the pool area & to our room. They are all very welcoming and friendly. I want to commend Ms.Fanny for cleaning our room & for giving us deep sleep pillow spray & eyeglass wipes & cloth. You are so sweet for giving us this free items. While queuing in the check in area the staffs are giving already some egg tarts. Then they have this Andaz lounge that you can have free snacks & drinks. All the staffs are very accomodating. It was a great experience for us and definitely will recommend this to my family & friends.
