Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful & elegant, all the staff were attentive at all times, always so helpful and kind, the location is unforgetable, with all the top luxury shops like Chanel & Tiffany & Co. just a few meters away! I would love to cone back!

First time staying at the Langham in Hong kong. Wonderful and on par with my Shenzhen experience. Beautiful hotel with friendly professional staff and well located next to the metro. Definitely recommend to those seeking quality and good service!

We had a good stay at The Langham Hong Kong, but there are areas where the experience could be improved to meet the high expectations of a five-star hotel. We arrived on December 24, 2024, during a busy time with special events and road closures in the area. Unfortunately, the bus from the airport did not stop near the hotel. The driver informed us to disembark at Jordan if heading to Tsim Sha Tsui. After taking the MTR, we found ourselves lost due to the road closures, but thankfully, the police were very helpful and escorted us to the hotel. What disappointed us was that the hotel did not notify us about the planned road closures in advance. Unlike other five-star hotels, we did not receive any email communication before our stay, which could have helped us plan better. Additionally, we booked our room through Klook without breakfast. On one occasion, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant but were surprised to learn we could not charge the meal to our room and were required to pay on the spot. This felt out of place for a five-star hotel experience. While the stay itself was enjoyable, better communication and attention to detail would have enhanced the overall experience.
