Below averageStayed with partner
In all honesty, the only things this hotel has going for it are its excellent location and the fantastic hot water with even better water pressure.
Beyond that, we paid around $400 for a room with absolutely no view. The air conditioner was louder than the fire trucks that drove past every 20 minutes, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The elevators also deserve a special mention—and not in a good way. They feel like they haven't been updated since the building was first constructed (feel free to prove me wrong). There are only two elevators serving 15 floors, with roughly 12 rooms per floor. You do the math. Waiting for an elevator took forever; it was genuinely faster to take the stairs, and I think this may be the first hotel that's ever made me recommend doing that.
Oh and the bed was amazing!
Overall, the location is excellent, but for the price, the room and facilities simply don't justify the cost.

FantasticSolo stay
Felt safe as a solo traveler. Room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was also nice too, because of how central it was to attractions and public transportation.

GreatStayed with kids
The staff was very hospitable and friendly. I appreciated the fact that the luggage Cart was immediately available to load mine and my family's luggage.

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
staff and room was okay. but the rooms we got had the acs go out on our final night of our stay. one of the elevators were continuously down for service and very crammy space wise.
there were really no space at all for a work station which was disappointing. just an average place in my opinion if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

GoodStayed with kids
I wish the space was bigger. It was too tight for me and my young girls but the staff was so extra nice and welcoming.

Staff were super nice! Would stay here again, only "complaint" (very minor) would be how small the sink is, but for what we were looking for in our stay, we rly enjoyed it! The area is perfect and in walking distance to everything

FantasticSolo stay
The staff was great. The bed was nice and comfy. The shower floor wasn't fully white and a towel looked stained. Overall, it was a decent stay.
