We thought the Millenium Knickerbocker was a great value for its location. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. We did not have an opportunity to use the restaurant or bar. Do it yourself parking, which was located right across the street was well priced compared to other facilities in the downtown area. Location is great for Michigan Avenue shopping, Navy Pier and beach. Easy Uber access to all other parts of City like museums, Lincoln Park, Wrigleyville.

Please, please, please add towel bars/hooks to bathroom - there is no place to put damp towels or to hang a robe. And every woman over the age of 50 needs a lighted magnifying makeup mirror. Please consider adding these.

Solo stay

Everything was excellent. Staff service was excellent except for the reception. I think the reception staff lacked experience and empathy with guests. Believe you need more mature staff at the reception. Exceptional location.

I loved the history behind this hotel and the care in which much of the historical decorations has been maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was good and the location great. Would happily visit again.

The room was great. It does not new carpeting. Even though I was told there was no fridge there was. Old but comfortable and affordable expecially in chicago during the summer. The district it is in seemed safe and nice. Would stay here again. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.
