Great
Good overall. Amazing location, super convenient. Front Desk - Beverly Amazing! Victor great. The rest were ok overall (nice enough). Train - you can hear it when sleeping. Nice rooms. Breakfast - had to leave at 6:45am to airport, would have been nice if they could have given a simple to go breakfast but they don’t open until 7am.

Good
Unfortunately, my stay fell below expectations. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes to check me in. After my check in, my room was not very clean. There was a lot of hair in the shower with one long one on the wall. Also, the room was not serviced during my 2 night stay.

It was a nice clean big suite. Great view of downtown. Very accessible to lots of things in the city especially Millenium park. The bathroom was great. Breakfast was a little slow was the only. Check in and check out was seamless. Would stay again.
