FantasticSolo stay
I only had access to the wifi being on the 6th floor. I had to go downstairs if I needed to use my phone for anything else. I didn't eat breakfast there but heard it was good and there was a good variety to choose from. It was £23.50. The elevators were hit and miss but there was always at least one working. Same with the escalators. I didn't have a window in my room so there was no context of time. The room was soundproof and the walk-in shower was great. The hotel is in a fantastic area with a cute cafe just to the left of the exit. The Piccadilly line entrance is about 3 minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area as well as theater. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

This property saved us. We booked another that was terrible and decided when we checked in and saw the room that we’d find somewhere else. Moxy had rooms available and it was 1000% better. The AC kept us cold, the beds and linens were comfy. Great location. Bathroom was clean and shower was the best of our trip. Located right next to bus stops. I’d stay again.

Environment and atmosphere was great, everything was very clean and the room used the space well. However lifts were constantly broken as well as escalators, but a member of staff did offer to take our bags which was very appreciated. When checking in and out staff were looking at us but didn’t want to help. Food and drinks were quite expensive so we didn’t try any. Overall happy with our stay and would come again.

Great Signage is poor - no clear direction at check in , and the staff were not able to link my Bonvoy account to my booking so some points lost there too. Otherwise, perfectly fine for a central London stay.

The staff was the only decent part about this hotel. The rooms were windowless cells. Our loft bed was hard and uncomfortable and accessible only by rickety ladder. There isn't room to even open up suitcases in the room. 3 of the 4 elevators were broken and for two nights there was no cold water in the room after 10pm. We could not shower in boiling water so had to rough it. Hotel staff offered us "complimentary breakfast" but that's all. I asked to talk to the manager for 2 days and never got the chance

The room was fantastic but checking in after a day out was really bad. We waited nearly a hour to be checked in as there was one member of staff on a Saturday night. There was three of us, we was given a room for two. We had to go back and was given 2 rooms, the process is very off putting to book again.
I felt really bad for the poor member of staff, left under that amount of pressure it was such a shame.

Room was absolutely tiny. I travel globally for work and even in Japan, the room would be considered small, great location but the room size with no window is not for me or my wife
