it’s been one of my best stay in Japan, feels very relaxing at the onsen and using the lounge afterwards with apple juice! also beers offered during happy hour is just another bonus!

An exceptional hotel that exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable—right below Aomori Station and connected to malls, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to local attractions. The room was spotless and felt brand new, and the entire atmosphere gave a true wellness vibe. Staff were incredibly friendly (kudos to the team!), and the lounge and sauna amenities were a highlight—perfect for relaxing indoors during the cold weather. The dry sauna, cold bath, and natural hot spring water were brilliant. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge, plus a delicious morning smoothie, made the stay even better. Everything was amazing—I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Aomori!

Connected to the station and also to the malls. Convenient and accessible. No issue with booking when checking in. The room is as advertised in the photos and the breakfast spread was incredible too.

The staff was kind and there was some staff that spoke English, but the ones who didn't were kind and also willing to use translators to make the conversation easier. The overall hotel was very clean and of luxurious quality. Very spacious room with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was bright during the day, but the curtains worked perfectly in blocking out the sun in the morning. It had a nice bed and couch, and came with a TV, safety box, mini fridge, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The shower had both rainfall and hand-held options and a small stool to sit on. The shower and restroom amenities were of a good quality. The wellness area was also of good quality. The wood deck balcony was spacious and had a great view, with a well-done morning yoga session. The spa room was dim and had a great atmosphere, helped by the well-skilled masseur. The gym was well-equipped and also had a great view of the city and mountains beyond. Finally, the men's public hot spring had both a great temperature bath and a sauna, both which were of an excellent quality. The bar had a good selection of drinks, and I enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The bartender also worked hard to speak in English some to me, which I appreciated. Dinner had great food and a nice sunset view, and breakfast was buffet style with both Japanese and Western options. I particularly liked their omelettes. It was a good stay and I will come again if I get the chance to. Highly recommended for those who want to relax and have transportation (train, bus, taxi) very close by.
