Check-in policy
The guest responsible for check-in must be aged 20 or above In line with the Taiwanese government's sustainable tourism initiatives, single-use amenities will no longer be provided from 1 Jan 2025. (Exact date depends on the hotel)
The hotel will occasionally host live music events from 8:30 PM to 1:00 AM. During these times, there may be noticeable music noise, especially on floors 5 and 6. If you are sensitive to sound or plan to rest early, we sincerely recommend that you contact us by phone (+886-2-2711-7268) or email at least three days prior to your arrival. We will do our best to arrange a quieter room to ensure a more comfortable stay.
To enhance the quality of our hotel facilities, guest room enhancement work will be carried out from August 20 to August 31. During the renovation period, there may be some vibration and noise between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM each day.
We will make every effort to minimize any impact on your stay.

The hotel’s designated parking lot is located on B2-B4 of the hotel. Hotel guests enjoy free parking service. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After parking your car, please register your car number at the front desk.
In support of environmental sustainability, starting January 1, 2025, the hotel will no longer proactively provide single-use amenities in guest rooms, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, and vanity kits. Should you need any of these items, please contact our Experience Provider team.
Furthermore, in compliance with regulations from the Taipei City Environmental Protection Bureau, beginning July 22, 2025, hotels will be prohibited from providing or selling single-use amenities, even upon guest request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank you for your support.

The Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse, located on the 1st floor of the hotel, serves American-style breakfast set options. Breakfast is available for dine-in or take-out. Operating hours are 07:00 AM–10:00 AM from Monday to Friday, and 07:00 AM–10:30 AM on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
