The hotel’s designated parking lot is located on B2-B4 of the hotel. Hotel guests enjoy free parking service. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After parking your car, please register your car number at the front desk.

In support of environmental sustainability, starting January 1, 2025, the hotel will no longer proactively provide single-use amenities in guest rooms, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, and vanity kits. Should you need any of these items, please contact our Experience Provider team.

Furthermore, in compliance with regulations from the Taipei City Environmental Protection Bureau, beginning July 22, 2025, hotels will be prohibited from providing or selling single-use amenities, even upon guest request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank you for your support.

The hotel will occasionally host live music events on every Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 PM to 1:00 AM. During these times, there may be noticeable music noise, especially on floors 5 and 6. We will do our best to arrange a quieter room to ensure a more comfortable stay.
