ホテルは古いが泊まるには問題ありません。ただ、部屋の鍵がオートロックでは無いので、鍵の開閉もスムーズに行かず少し面倒です。また、TVも途中でリモコンが反応しなかったりと老朽化は否めません。最近は、勝田マラソンで利用させて頂いていますが、立地は文句無しです。本来なら星3つですが、そこを考慮して星4つにしました。また、利用させて頂きます。

Fantastic 勝田マラソン参加のため、当日宿泊しました。部屋の設備は残念ですが許容範囲です。スタッフの対応が良くて荷物も預って頂きまたスタート時間まで待機させて頂き感謝です。次回も参加する機会があればまたご利用させて頂きます。

チェックインのウェルカムドリンクがあり、8階には大浴場もあり、朝食も美味しく頂きました。勝田駅から少し距離が有りましたが、ホテル周辺にはスーパーやドンキーなどあり、ホテルはシングルにしては広めで良かったです。

選択肢が少ないのと、価格が安いのでしかたないですが、館内全体がタバコくさい、床の絨毯が単純に汚いです。エレベーターのなかも汚いです。女性は厳しい。出張の作業者用の宿です。
