スタッフの方は親切丁寧です。
大浴場は狭いので人が集中してしまうと洗い場がつかえなくなるかもで、温度はぬるめでした。
部屋はツインでも広めでゆっくり過ごせます。室内着もきちんと用意されて女性も館内気にせず歩く事ができます。
朝食はバイキングで、席に着くいたら和の惣菜が個別に出てくるサービスです。
おすすめのホテルです。

客室、施設とも清潔で快適でした。アメニティも過不足なく、ちょうど良く感じました。部屋の窓は森林で気持ち良い眺めでした。森の中の可愛いホテルという感じです。フロントの外国人スタッフの方はもう少し自然な日本語を頑張ってくれたら最高でした。頑張って👍

スタッフはとても親切で部屋は清潔で広々としていました。
氷点下で寒い日でしたが、部屋のエアコンだけでなく追加でオイルヒーターを用意してくださいました。
台湾からの団体客があると事前に電話連絡してくれました。以前に団体客と一緒は嫌というお客さんがいたからだろうです。そういう心遣いも何だか嬉しかったです。レストランは利用していません。近くのハコニワ食堂というレストランを予約しました。大変美味しかったです。

Room was clean and serviceable but basic. View from the room was lovely - forested area.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was more Asian in style than Western, although there were Western offerings.

大浴場の露天風呂が使用できなかったのは、残念でした。
建物のレイアウトは古くカンジましたが、部屋•廊下共に綺麗にされていました。また、スタッフは日本人ではないが、優しい心遣いでした。。。この観光地に来たならば、ゆっくり話すような心を持たなければと思った瞬間でした。
