nothing bad to say. perfect accommodation for budget travellers. rooms and common areas are clean, maybe thin beds but understandable and still comfortable.

Cozy Place. Great Location, just across lake toya. Even having a shared commin spaces and bathroom / toilet still very clean and comfortable. highly recommended.
