it was a magical experience to visit one of UNESCOs Heritage Sites. The overall stay was seamless and truly amazing.

The place was great, I made a mistake during reservation and didn't add my 2 kids. but the staff was very helpful and got us settle in with little delay. The meal was very good, dinner had kids menu. The hot spring bath was great, it has a view and it has an outdoor covered pool.

really nice hotel to be in, recommend getting the package with dinner and breakfast. onsen was really nice and there’s free popsicles and ramen to satisfy hungry patrons

One of my favourite stays during my Japan trip! Due its location up north, it was a resort of its own, offering the whole suite of amenities (onsen, breakfast, shuttle bus) available with your room stay. The facilities are maintained very well and clean, and the surrounding views are so breathtaking.
