Stayed one night before early flight. This was 2nd stay and I found no Japanese front staff. Foreign front performed duty without problems, buy lacked some courtesy which I ever experienced with Japanese style. Room was spacious, though a bit outdated. Anyway, it was comfortable stay.

Stayed there twice. Excellent value for money, especially for lay-overs from Narita Airport. Shuttle bus from Narita runs till midnight. Rooms are spacious and clean with adequate amenities. Staff are friendly! Location is a bit remote. There are some choices of eateries within 10-15 minutes of walk. A huge plus for those that appreciate traditional Japanese temple architects. The Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a short Uber trip away. (around 20 minutes of walking if you want to explore into Japanese neigborhood) It is an awesome collection of beautiful Japanese temples and Japanese garden. The Naritasan Omotesando is next to the main entrance of the temple. You can easily spend a full day there!

I highly recommend this. The reception was very friendly and could communicate very well. The check-in process is so smooth and the room that we had was comfortable. Also, it near a convenience store so we do not have issues buying food.

Airport free shuttle to and from the hotel makes it so convenient and less hassle. Room is spacious but dated. Breakfast is great with both Japanese and Western choices.

free shuttle bus, though you’ll have to be mindful of the schedule, so plan ahead. Popular with cabin crew from different airlines, which initially reassured me to stay there. The breakfast buffet was standard.
