Good to have onsite undercover parking for our vehicle. Further secure uncovered parking avaiable. Front office staff were efficient and helpful. Laundry staff were also helpful. Extension of stay in same room was very helpful. Close to large shopping mall and eateries by short walk. Initial reason for booking was short walk to Day Hospital. Very handy for our trip to Cairns. Coming back soon.

Kitchen and Laundry were fine but nobody there to answer phone after 7 PM and pools were dark, not heated and the hot tub was cold

Very well-equipped rooms kitchen wear was the best I have seen in a serviced apartment. Rooms are clean Wifi wasn't the best, but the reception gave me a booster right away.

The apartment has no elevator. We stayed at 3rd floor and was hard to carry heavy luggage to it. The AC is not cool at all. I don't recommend the 3rd floor living especially during the hot summer due to AC inefficiency.
