I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute bus ride from Amsterdam Central Station, and there's even a bus with elevator access. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby for groceries, and the hotel has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook.

The location is excellent, you can reach it as soon as you exit the train station, so you can quickly drop off your luggage and start exploring! The staff's attitude is also very pleasant, it's like visiting a friend's house, I will definitely stay again next time! Convenient transportation: Right next to the central station. Hotel location: You can walk to it from the station. Service: Excellent, very relaxing.

i quite liked staying here. Check in was easy and everything in the room was fine. No issues at all.

Transportation: Not far from the light rail, about a 5-10 minute walk. There's also an ah nearby where you can buy food to take back. Cleanliness: Very clean and bright, especially the corner rooms with great views and bathtubs.

Wasn't crazy about the $250 deposit I had to pay. Room was clean. I liked the layout and style of the room. Nice bar! We unfortunately only stayed 1 night and we had to leave early to get to Airport or we would have checked out the breakfast buffet. We took advantage of late night pizza. It was delicious!!

had a wonderful stay at Novotel Amsterdam City. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the facilities — especially the gym and sauna — were excellent. The staff was warm, helpful, and made the experience even better. The hotel is conveniently close to the metro station, but it’s quite far from the city centre. The only downside for me was the restaurant food, which was okay but not outstanding. Overall, a great choice if you don’t mind being a bit away from the main attractions.
