The location is not crowded but very clean, and the coffee and breakfast are very good.

we had a fantastic experience on the Scarlet Pearl, 3 nts 4 days was perfect for us to get the most out of Halong Bay. We enjoyed something different everyday. Boat trips through caves, Kayaking, A trip to Cat Ba island is a must. The beaches there are amazing. Food on board was fantastic & plentiful.

very nice experience, only the bedsheets were very moister, we got cleans ones, the blinds in the bathroom were full of molds, whole hotel / rooms needs an update.
lobby and dinner rooms are nice,
