We stayed for 4 days and it’s near Sun Plaza. The room has nice view and clean. We also checked out 3am and the staff are accomodating and help us with our luggages to bring it to our Van back to Sapa.

Don’t think twice and get this hotel instead!!! 5-7 mins walk to Sapa Station its accessible to restaurants, marts, and clothing store!! Not to mention that the hotel is very accommodating. Room is spacious. Breakfast meals are abundant and delicious.

this is a very nice hotel for the price. close to the busy area where theres a lot of good food and the lake. rooms are clean and well appointed with a bath tub, mini fridge, hot water kettle and free coffee and tea. breakfast buffet has a good selection of fares and lobby is clean and spacious. staff are very hospitable, helpful and can speak decent english. overall, a great place to stay.

This hotel is so nice! The view from our room is stunning especially when the aky has cleared. We also loved the breakfast buffet coz their pho is too good 😍 the staff were really friendly and accommodating as well. It is near the center so walking to all the cafes and restaurants was not a problem. Really recommended!

Everything was perfect. It’s located near Sun Plaza, Sapa. The view is amazing—if you choose the mountain view, you can even watch the train passing by. But my room’s view was blocked by a roof. The only downside is that there’s a new building being constructed next to the hotel. You can rent a motorcycle—just tell the receptionist. You can also check in early if a room is available, but there’s an extra charge. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. I’d definitely come back. Oh, and they gave us tea as a welcome gift!

I have stated that the location is superb, one thing to add a little downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom but overall it is s good stay.

The staff was very accomodating from our first step into the hotel until we left! Complete necessities were provided and the location was very near the city center so distance to food, the station, and other places was not a problem. Breakfast served was nice and hearty. Overall great experience.

This is the best hotel we ever tried so far. Everything is beautiful here. They have shuttle to and from the center!

Value for money. Cleanliness 5/5. Even though weather was so cold we enjoyed heated pool.

We stayed here during our Honeymoon and it was a wonderful experience. Thao from the reception really helped us alot while we were there. She gave us alot of recommendations on places to go and even helped us plan out our itinerary. The area is also very nice, walkable distance to Moana.
