hotel was wonderfully run by the most polite service staff. made memorable by the Singaporean GM Mr Steve who made sure to Chat with every group of visitors to make them feel at home. definitely a hotel to recommend to all my friends if they visit Sapa. we can stay in the hotel all day. pool table and indoor swimming pool etc. gym, etc. didn’t try the karaoke. well done!

We had such a great experience here! We were upgraded to the premium room when we checked in (very thankful for this!), and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Especially the hotel manager, who made us feel exceptionally welcome and took great care of us! The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is also very quiet and peaceful, perfect for couples. Highly recommended!
