Spent my 1st anniversary with my wife at The Banjaran. My wife was greeted by lobby staff with a bouquet of happy anniversary flowers. The room was well decorated with heart shaped swan towels, rose petals and an anniversary cake for us. I left a remark about my wife’s pregnancy and they even prepared a pregnancy U shape pillow/bolster for her. So thoughtful! All of the staff are extremely warmth and helpful. To my surprise even the villa guests are very friendly too! Love it when we are staying so close to nature. View from our Lake Villa is not the best view of Banjaran but good enough. From our balcony we saw monitor lizards, firefly, Dusky Leaf monkeys and many other animals. The public and villa hot spring is not exactly hot. Enough places to explore if you want a relaxing trip. We went to crystal, meditation and steam cave just ti name a few. All of facilities are within 15mins walk. If you have lazy to walk around, they have a 24/7 buggy service! Overall a wonderful experience!

breakfast: variety of selection to choose from and starts from 6 am which was helpful and the location is right in middle of the main attraction places to go to which is convienient

Everything okay except the security guard take charge of the swimming pool. Rude and have no manners

check in is fast and easy. room is spacious and clean. eventhough attraction was not within walking distance, driving was quite convenience and not far from attraction

Room is clean and comfortable. Location is very strategic with a lot shops nearby.just a suggestion to improve hopefully can provide 4 towels instead of 2 for family superior room coz it is a room for 4 pax.

Nice and comfirtable.. Easy to find food and very close to Lost World Tambun.. The staff was very good to us n were planning to come over again..

PRETTY!, very convenient. easy access to concubines lanes. Can just walk for cafe hopping from our stay!!!
