The hotel is very large, and so is the restaurant. It's quite crowded, and the check-in process took a while. It's an easy walk to Grandworld and the Teddy Bear Museum.

Fast service, clean villa, friendly staff and the villa itself is superb! The hotel also provide free shuttle to airport during our check-out day. They also provide take-away breakfast for us since we checked out 6am in the morning. Buggy and food service also very fast.

It takes a little over 5 minutes by tuk-tuk or Grab to get to Grand World in the north. There's not much around, but it's nice to just stay at the accommodation here. It's directly connected to the beach, and you can lay a towel on the grass in front of the pool and look at the sky and just gaze at the palm trees, it's so relaxing~ You can stay at the accommodation, then go out for some fresh air in the evening, and it's great to go out to Grand World for dinner~

Such a beautiful property, wonderful hospitality and excellent location. This hotel deserves all the praises as everything about it is so so good. we booked the hotel through Klook app for two days and we had an unforgettable experience here with memories to cherish forever. Five-star hotel quality, clean and hygienic, excellent location, the inclusive "Kiss of the Show" tickets are great value, and the breakfast is very rich. The only drawback is that the rooms face the sea, and the wind noise is extremely loud at night, like a typhoon.

It was amazing staying in this Hotel ! Bery in any place and i am so fascinated with the Canal view ,It feels like i am in venice .The room was so cozy and clean
