Great 5 star hotel. 4 bottles of mineral water are provided every day. Free shuttle is provided to vinwonders, grand world and the safari according to shuttle schedule. Morning buffet spread is quite good with some changes every morning.

dated interior and lack of maintenance. the handle bars inside the lift was broken. check in and Check out process was messy without a proper queue system. 5 star hotel price but with a 3 star treatment
