Staying at the Grand Hotel Taipei felt like stepping into living history. It is one of those rare places where the walls seem as though they could speak. The hotel carries a remarkable sense of gravity and connection to the past, while still being exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Jenny at reception. My Chinese is quite poor, but she was incredibly patient in helping me choose the right room. She was also very understanding of my grandmother’s mobility issues and took the time to tailor her recommendations thoughtfully and professionally. In an era where genuine customer service feels increasingly rare, Jenny was exemplary. In fact, she is the reason I felt compelled to leave this review, which is something I do not usually do. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

It's very comfortable, and after soaking, there's no unpleasant sulfur smell on you ☺️ The soundproofing is decent; I didn't hear any overly loud noises. It's really good 👍 You don't have to go far; there's a relaxing place like this right in the city center!

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the Brown Line metro. The neighborhood is very clean and beautiful. The service is impeccable and very attentive. The hostesses were lovely. I will come back with my family :)

The hotel is understated yet tasteful, and very close to the MRT station. Shilin Night Market is about a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, there aren't many convenience stores nearby; the closest one is a small store inside the MRT station. The hotel service is excellent, and the overall cleaning is neat and tidy (though there were hairs from other guests in the bathtub and stains under the living room sofa pillows). The hotel's amenities are high-end and unique; it would be helpful to provide more instructions on how to use them to reduce the time guests spend figuring things out. It's a shame that the main TV in the Tianxi Suite and the bathroom TV are not smart TVs, so you can't watch YouTube or Netflix. Also, the provided massage chair wasn't very effective.

The accommodations are generously proportioned, and the complimentary beverages, including a delightful tea selection, are provided in abundance. The only downside is that the hallway looks a little old.

होटल का स्थान बहुत अच्छा है, आप पैदल चलकर हुआशान में टहल सकते हैं, या संचांग और गुआंगहुआ में घूम सकते हैं। गॉडज़िला होटल का थीम है, जो बहुत जापानी है, और कमरे भी आपको जापान में होने का एहसास कराते हैं, खासकर बाथरूम, जिसमें सफेद छोटा स्टूल और पानी का बेसिन है, जो बहुत जापानी लगता है! बाथटब बहुत गहरा और आरामदायक है, गर्म पानी जल्दी आता है, और पानी का दबाव भी बहुत तेज़ है। कमरा साफ है, और मेरी कल्पना से बड़ा है, खासकर बहुत बड़ा प्रवेश द्वार, जो प्रभावशाली है। मौका मिलने पर मैं फिर से आऊँगा।

The view from the scenic room is truly amazing! The interior space is also very spacious! The overall feeling is absolutely top-notch! The hotel offers a swimming pool and gym for guests to exercise, relax, and have fun. The dining options are also very diverse, allowing you to enjoy various cuisines. The location is super convenient, right next to LaLaport, so you can shop to your heart's content, and the MRT station is also nearby, making it easy to get anywhere! This experience truly left a lasting impression on me! ^_^

The room clean and spacious. Only downside, there is no door in the shower and bath tub area thus it can get a little chilly during shower, and you cant get to use the toilet, even if they are separated. Such room type is only applicable for couples. Hotel is located in a quiet area, literally connected to the mrt, TRA station and speed train station. Within walking distance to the famous night market.

Opened in 2023, Taipei Jiantan Pulu Hotel is conveniently located near Jiantan MRT Station, meaning it's not far from Shilin Night Market. It offers underground parking for compact cars (with a height limit of 1.9 meters), and the rooms are brand new. Plus, there's a women's large public bath, and with its affordable prices, it's definitely an excellent choice in Taipei City!
