Opened in 2023, Taipei Jiantan Pulu Hotel is conveniently located near Jiantan MRT Station, meaning it's not far from Shilin Night Market. It offers underground parking for compact cars (with a height limit of 1.9 meters), and the rooms are brand new. Plus, there's a women's large public bath, and with its affordable prices, it's definitely an excellent choice in Taipei City!

Amazing stay! Super convenient as one of the Ximen train exits was just outside the Hotel. This train station exit was stairs only thou. Just diagonally accross the street from the Ximen shopping district, and a convenient store downstairs. We got a corner room on the 13th floor (1316) and did not encounter the sound issues that others complained off. Bed was comfy as well, we enjoyed 5 quiet nights of sleep. Room was generally clean, except some crumbs on the carpet. Staff were really nice, friendly, and accomodating. We asked for an extra luggage rack and they delivered as well. As stated in their website, only hand bar soap, body soap and shampoo provided. They also provided water and clean towels. We came prepared with our own toiletries. Only thing was that the security safe in the room was not drilled in, it can be easily carried away.. so we didnt use it..

The view from the scenic room is truly amazing! The interior space is also very spacious! The overall feeling is absolutely top-notch! The hotel offers a swimming pool and gym for guests to exercise, relax, and have fun. The dining options are also very diverse, allowing you to enjoy various cuisines. The location is super convenient, right next to LaLaport, so you can shop to your heart's content, and the MRT station is also nearby, making it easy to get anywhere! This experience truly left a lasting impression on me! ^_^

The hotel is conveniently located near MRT stations (Taipei Main/NTU Hospital for red line and Beimen/Ximen for green line). It is also a short distance walk to main tourist sites like Ximending district, CKS Memorial Hall, and Presidential Office Bldg. The room is not big nor too small. Just enough to fit two luggages. They also have buffet breakfast with many dishes to choose and every day they change the main courses. Added to the good food, the drinks are unlimited all day every day!

Convenient transportation: Accessible by both MRT and bus. Take the MRT to Nangang Software Park, walk through the connecting passage to the CTBC Financial Park to easily cross the street, take the elevator or escalator to the first-floor exit, turn left, and you will quickly reach the hotel. Breakfast: A buffet with a limited selection, but delicious. Service: The staff provides good service. When requesting a "Do Not Disturb" for a consecutive stay, small snacks, tea bags, and bottled water were still provided.

Staying at the Grand Hotel Taipei felt like stepping into living history. It is one of those rare places where the walls seem as though they could speak. The hotel carries a remarkable sense of gravity and connection to the past, while still being exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Jenny at reception. My Chinese is quite poor, but she was incredibly patient in helping me choose the right room. She was also very understanding of my grandmother’s mobility issues and took the time to tailor her recommendations thoughtfully and professionally. In an era where genuine customer service feels increasingly rare, Jenny was exemplary. In fact, she is the reason I felt compelled to leave this review, which is something I do not usually do. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Service: I stayed from August 9-13 and needed to complete online check-in for my airline, but it was unsuccessful due to incorrect data entry. I am very grateful for the help of Ms. Eva, the front desk attendant. She proactively assisted me by calling the airline and successfully reaching a live agent, who properly resolved the issue. Ms. Eva's enthusiasm and professional service made me feel completely at ease and enhanced my stay. I sincerely thank her for her meticulous and patient service. If I have the opportunity to visit Taipei again in the future, amba Taipei Ximending will be my first choice for accommodation.

i love the simplicity and cleanliness of this hotel. it meets all the necessities you need from a place to stay and more like free breakfast, unlimited coffee and drinking water and the hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly. the proximity to the metro is also perfect and the surrounding restaurants and malls are by far more than the ordinary. i will definitely book this hotel again.

It's very comfortable, and after soaking, there's no unpleasant sulfur smell on you ☺️ The soundproofing is decent; I didn't hear any overly loud noises. It's really good 👍 You don't have to go far; there's a relaxing place like this right in the city center!
