Great tour, the best tour we had in Japan. The best part was our tour guide James, they don't call him "the yellow flash" for nothing. He was engaging, funny, and actually shares some great tips for out Japan trip.

Our tour guide Jack is very friendly, respectful , helpful , n knowledgeable. He is awesome. Our driver was friendly, caring n good driver . we are very happy with the tour. Definitely will recommend to others . thank u for ur service 💓. God bless.

Suitable more for solo or couple, good that everything is included but it is very rushed if you wanna cover everything, so make sure you cover your priorities first. That being said, that’s inevitable if you want the entire thing to end by 6pm+-Tour. Guide Tony & the bus driver was great, reporting time and place are all individually messaged even after announcement so that’s good, overall still very worth for the price.

Serina provided a great experience from beginning to end. we did the classic route, which is unique to the tour and we started off in Hakone and progressed towards the shrine and pirate ship. Then we made our way to Arakurayama Sengen Park. The views were stunning there. Highly recommend Serina (tour guide) and the tour!

Serina was incredibly thoughtful. Our group came from various places, and only my companion and I, along with another gentleman, spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next and where the famous photo spots were, even providing diagrams so we'd know how to get the best shots. Plus, Hakone was very crowded, and we were worried about getting lost. Sometimes, when the main group was ahead, and we got cut off by other groups, she would constantly turn back to check on us. Lastly, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle. I highly recommend Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join her tour again next time I visit Japan.

Despite the bad weather and rain ☔️, the experience was good and relaxing. We weren't able to enjoy everything the boat offered, but I still recommend it. I presented the voucher, and it took a little while because they weren't fully equipped, but everything went smoothly in the end.

Good trip to see Mt Fuji from different views and to experience other local sights at the same time. Our guide YaYa, is very good. She is knowledgeable and good at keeping the group to be on time for all the rides.
