He made sure we were comfortable, kept a good pace, and helped us navigate the more challenging parts of the trail. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The driver who picked us up from our hotel was very friendly and made the journey comfortable. The 4x4 driver who took us up the mountain was also fantastic—very skilled, friendly, and made the ride both exciting and safe. A special thank you for the incredible photos! They turned out absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. Both of them were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys hiking. I have beginner-level hiking experience. Our guide was incredibly professional, leading us every step of the way. The volcanic gravel is very slippery (even on a clear day), and going downhill was quite challenging. The guide even let me hold onto his trekking pole because he was worried I might slip. I highly recommend this experience. There are ropes to hold onto and rocks to climb. Remember to bring a trekking pole (if you don't have one, the hiking company will lend you one) and wear a good pair of hiking shoes. The natural trails are largely untouched by human intervention, which is beautiful. This is a wonderful and very professional hiking company. Many thanks to our guide. Thank you very much.

Very misleading name. I ended up on the main Batur Trek instead of the caldera one. I couldn't complete the trek due to some physical limitations, but overall still found it a great experience.
