The moment the noodles hit my mouth, they were incredibly flavorful and aromatic, and the broth was unbelievably rich. It's truly the perfect meal after taking the high-speed rail to Taipei, just like the "Ecstasy Noodle" from the movie "God of Cookery" – it almost brings tears to your eyes. absolutely delicious. I suggest coming at least 30 minutes before it starts since the queue itself will take a while. extremely wheelchair friendly. I wouldn’t say the show itself was that spectacular because it’s just the lights moving with music in the background, but it’s OK. the photo option didn’t really work for us. lobster and steak take a while to queue so make sure to actually reserve and go back usually within 3 to 5 minutes to fetch your lobster or steak.

Master Hong's is probably my favorite clear broth beef noodle soup in Taipei. Besides the delicious beef, I particularly love the Shaoxing wine-infused broth. Whenever I take the high-speed rail to Taipei, I always pair it with their clear broth beef noodles. I've bought it countless times, and I truly recommend it! 😍

There was no Peking duck or lamb chops, and the ice cream wasn't Haagen-Dazs. It was extremely sweet; kids would probably like it. As a couple who came specifically for the Peking duck and lamb chops, we were disappointed. The view by the window was nice, and the pan-fried abalone with butter, though small, was delicious. The crab seemed to be frozen, as it was cold and tasteless. We would recommend this place only to those who want to taste a variety of foods while enjoying a nice view, but honestly, you'd be better off spending this kind of money at a high-end Taiwanese restaurant.
