En dessous de la moyenne We confidently reserved this apartment for a month during our stay in Hanoi! Unfortunately, we encountered bedbugs on the second night, and I was bitten. Upon notifying the staff right away, they informed us that there was nothing they could do as they do not fumigate the rooms. Despite having no other option but to leave, they refused to provide a refund for the 30 days that I had paid for, even though we only stayed for two days. The management remained unapologetic and uncooperative. It is advisable to steer clear of this apartment. Just stating the facts.
