Hôtels à Osaka

Très accessible. De l'aéroport du Kansai à cet hôtel en bus Limousine. À seulement 3 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs supérettes à proximité du Candeo Hotel. Très proche de Dotonbori, à 5 minutes à pied. Nous y avons séjourné 6 jours. La seule chose qui nous préoccupait, c'est que nous devions appeler pour le nettoyage de la chambre et au moins avant 7/8h du matin. Bien qu'ils aient vidé nos poubelles tous les jours. Conseil : informez le concierge le soir avant de rentrer dans votre chambre. Leur buffet est également agréable. Mais j'ai eu le mien ici sur Klook sans buffet, j'ai donc dû l'acheter sur place pour 2000 ¥ et plus par personne et par jour. De plus, à notre arrivée, nous avons dû payer la taxe qui n'est pas incluse ici sur Klook, cela dépend du nombre de jours (je suppose) et du nombre de personnes dans la chambre. Exactement comme l'indiquent les instructions de Klook. Prévoyez donc de l'argent liquide, mais vous pouvez quand même utiliser vos cartes. À 6 minutes à pied des gares. À gauche et à droite selon l'endroit où vous prévoyez d'aller. Ils ferment leurs portes après 12h, mais apportez votre clé pour ouvrir les portes la nuit.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient for transportation. The meeting point for day trips is diagonally across from the hotel, and the drop-off point for the Universal Studios shuttle bus is also across the street. Dotonbori and Kuromon Market are just across the road. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If you need to leave early due to your itinerary, you can exchange your breakfast voucher for a breakfast bag at the front desk. There are two options for the breakfast bag, and we chose the snack bag. The bag is very cute, and after you finish the snacks, you can use it to store other things. We didn't have to waste our breakfast voucher because of our early departure, which was very convenient for us. The lobby offers complimentary toiletries and skincare sample packs, as well as face masks. The face masks are very popular and often run out.

A stone throw away to USJ. The hotel is clean and provides free lounge treats for guests. The breakfast is well-spread.

It was the most revolutionized hotel that I have stayed. Almost everything is perfect as if I’m in the miniature AI city. It has everything that you need, even luggage delivery to airport service and luggage weight scale to check so that you don’t have to rearrange your luggage at the airport checkin counter. AI assisted concierge is still in beta stage. entertainment system was super awesome, that comes with 50 inch 4K Smart TV, which also has over 200 house videos for free (other hotel charge you for at least ¥2,000 a day). The tv remote control was cover with disposable plastic for hygiene. 4th floor has superb onsen with sauna and 7 eleven.

The location is fantastic! I had seen Hiyori Hotel while passing by before when the Airbnb was in the back, and after staying there myself, I found the location to be great and the service to be excellent! I had never used a leg massager before, but it was in the hotel, so I tried it for the first time, and it definitely makes a difference! It's nice that there are various amenities, and in the evening, you can have beer, takoyaki, and ochazuke, and the ochazuke is really delicious! I definitely want to come here again next time I visit Osaka!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 3 nuits (2 personnes, chambre twin) en septembre 2025. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente. Il est idéalement situé près de la gare de Namba (à 5 minutes à pied), d'un magasin Don Quichotte et à 10 minutes à pied de Dotonbori. L'enregistrement a été facile grâce au personnel anglophone, la chambre est propre et le service de ménage (sur demande) est excellent. Un salon proposant des collations, du café et de la bière/alcool est mis gratuitement à la disposition des clients de l'hôtel tous les jours de 15h à 22h, ce qui nous a permis de faire une bonne pause après les visites et le shopping de la journée. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est également l'un des meilleurs que j'aie connu parmi les 5 autres hôtels où j'ai séjourné à Tokyo/Osaka au cours des 2 dernières années. Le départ s'est effectué sans problème via une boîte de dépôt de cartes-clés.

Highly recommend this place for those visiting Universal Studios Japan! It's directly connected to Universal City, and it's easy to access convenience stores and restaurants. Most importantly, there was a Korean staff member at check-in who was very kind, and I liked that amenities were freely available in the lobby. I also appreciated that plenty of bottled water and towels were provided according to the number of people. Above all, the top-floor public bath... I'm still thinking about it. The facilities were clean, and the open-air bath with a river view was really great. With the card key, you can use it freely for free, so I used it in the morning and evening. Pajamas are also provided, and the breakfast was pretty good. The staff were friendly and it was easy to use. I think I'll come here again next time!

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and responsive to our requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and essential establishments. Overall, it offered good value for money and a satisfying experience. We would gladly consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

KOKO Hotel Osaka was our Home Away From Home! we are a group of 10 beautiful and mature ladies who planned an Osaka adventure. KOKO Hotel did not disappoint from room, amenities, location to the warm and friendly staff who always have a ready smile and are very accommodating to our travel needs. the hotel is so perfectly located to the main attractions we planned to visit and explore. We were not ready to go when it was time to check-out. KOKO hotel was part of our many Osaka experiences we will never forget .. Till our next- KOKO hotel , hopefully soon. Thank you KOKO Hotel of making our stay more than ideal . we love Japan .
