We had a room on a high floor in Tower 1. Pretty good view. Everything worked fine in the room. it was clean and comfortable. The counter staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was in a very good location with lots of eateries, salons, massage palours, etc. Not too crowded on weekdays. Will stay there again.

Great location, just behind KSL mall. Hotel is clean with good facilities. The pool and sauna is nice! rooms are clean, big and bright enough too. Rooms are inclusive of bfast buffet, which is refilled promptly even when the buffet is almost closing.

Le séjour à l'hôtel a été vraiment exceptionnel, offrant une expérience confortable et agréable. L'attention et la serviabilité du personnel ont considérablement amélioré la qualité générale du séjour. La chambre était bien entretenue, propre et offrait toutes les commodités nécessaires pour une visite relaxante. L'emplacement idéal a permis un accès facile à diverses attractions et options de restauration dans la région. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour à l'hôtel a dépassé les attentes et il est fortement recommandé.

Just stayed 2 nights at Capri by Fraser JB and it was awesome. The hotel is super clean, modern and very well-kept. You can tell they maintain it properly.
The sea view from the room was beautiful, especially in the morning. It gave such a relaxing vibe to the whole trip.
The location is also very convenient and easy to travel around JB from there. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

the hotel location is superb as it's just above the 2 malls (Komtar JBCC and City Square) so lots of options to eat, shop and massage. the hotel view is also very nice as it's overlooking the jb city center.
